Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to "Trish" (the "Application"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our mobile application and any related services provided by Trish (hereinafter, "we", "our").

By downloading, installing or using the Application, including subscribing to premium services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you will not be able to use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Application or subscribing to our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

2. License to Use (EULA)

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Application for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not:

  • Modify, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Application.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Application.
  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application offers premium paid subscriptions ("Subscriptions") that unlock additional features and remove advertising.

Subscription Management

We use RevenueCat as a third-party provider to manage, process and administer the subscription service within the application. By subscribing, you also agree to RevenueCat's terms of service.

Billing

If you purchase a Subscription, payment will be processed through the platform from which you downloaded the Application (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You agree to comply with their respective terms of service.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period of time at the end of each subscription period, unless automatic renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Lifetime Subscription

If you purchase a one-time payment subscription ("Lifetime"), you will have permanent access to the premium features as long as the Application is operational.

You agree and acknowledge that if the Application ceases to be available in the future or if the service is discontinued for any reason, no money will be returned or refunds issued for such purchase.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your Subscriptions by going to your account settings on the app store platform (App Store or Google Play) after purchase.

Refunds: Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are granted for partially used subscription periods. To request a refund, you must contact Apple or Google directly depending on the platform from which you made the purchase.

4. Third-Party Content

Trish uses data and links provided by IGDB (Internet Game Database), Speedrun.com, Metacritic, as well as official review and guide pages. By using the application, you acknowledge that:

  • Game information (images, dates, descriptions, scores, completion times) is the property of their respective owners and platforms.
  • Trish provides links to external content; by accessing these links, the privacy policy and terms of service of those third-party websites will govern your use.
  • Trish is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or updating of the data provided by external services.

5. User Content

In sections where you can add notes, diaries, or personalized lists:

  • You maintain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to store it and display it within the Application for your own use and synchronization across your devices.
  • It is not permitted to upload, store, or share illegal, offensive content or content that violates the copyrights of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trish and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of Spain and foreign countries.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can consult it here: Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trish is provided "as is" (AS-IS). We do not guarantee that the app is error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted. Neither the developer nor Trish will be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the application.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
